Regal lives up to his name! This is one fancy sweet gelding with a lot of class! A 6 year old, Jet Black Friesian X gelding standing at 16.1H tall. This guy is the total package! He has the athleticism of a Friesian & the calm, cool nature of a draft. He rides bareback, English and Western. Truly one hand broke, neck reins and easy to ride. Regal rides out on a nice loose rein, he is light in the bridle and moves off your leg cues. He will stay soft in your hands when you collect him up. Regal has all the moves and buttons you could ever need- picks up his leads, side passes, bends, flexes, smooth stop, etc. Talk about an elegant mover, he is so comfortable to ride. A phenomenal English prospect with his big floaty trot and beautifully collected frame. He has been taken over jumps & is showing a lot of promise. We have rode him down the trails and through our obstacle course, nothing phases this brave young gelding. Carry flags, shoot guns off him, drag tarps, cross bridges- you name it he goes & does whatever you ask of him, willingly! There is not a limit to the amount of shenanigans this horse can handle. Regal is 100% safe and gentle for ANYONE. If you can hold the reins, you can ride him! Safe enough to put the kiddos on, he is quiet and laid back- we haven’t found anything to get a rise out of him. Regal is also an amazing driving horse! He is easy to hook, traffic safe and loves going on trips to town. This big gelding is STUNNING hooked up, trotting down the road- truly a sight to see!
