ALL phone bidders are required to be registered no later than noon the day before the sale.
Any bidders trying to register after this deadline, are not guaranteed to bid.
Note: we do charge a 2% phone bidding buyers premium for all winning phone bids. In order to bid, you will need to fill out our Phone Bidding Form. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation. Check your spam or junk folder for this email. New bidders will be contacted prior to sale day via phone for a form of payment as well as banking information so we can verify accounts. Two payment options are offered for phone bidding, credit card or electronic check (ACH). Each phone bidder is allowed to place bids on up to 4 horses. Each additional horse after 4 costs $100 to bid on per horse and is payable only before the sale and will be applied to your final invoice if you win a bid but are non-refundable if you don’t win. If you choose to bid on more than 4 horses, you can add those to your list when we call for banking information prior to the sale. If you are the winning bidder, please be patient while our clerks checkout all onsite bidders first. They will then contact you via phone to pay your invoice. If we can not contact you within 2 hours of the sales end time. We will automatically charge the payment form on file.
