If you’re looking for a best friend that will never fail to put a smile on your face – Meet Storm! Storm is the total class clown and we can guarantee you’ll never have a dull day with him around. Storm is a 5 year old Gypsy Vanner gelding, registered with the International Gypsy Equine Association (IGEA). Storm is a Black Tobiano with beautiful mane, tail, and flowing feathers, standing a stout 13.3 hands. Storm possesses the true Gypsy Vanner traits of being friendly and engaging – his personality shines through no matter where he’s at. It doesn’t take long for him to win the hearts of everyone in sight! His personality and looks are just the top layer, it’ll be hard to find another with as much variety in their skillset as Storm. We are especially proud to offer Storm, as we have trained him from start to finish. We can tell you absolutely everything about him, from his favorite things to his learning style. He rides, drives with a cart or wagon (single or double), and knows tricks! Storm will lay down gently on command, move over to the mounting block, and can even show off his bow! He’s traveled with us all over the country and absolutely loved exploring the mountains in South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado. Settling in at new places and traveling long distances doesn’t phase him. He has zero hesitation out on the trail and he’ll be the first to show everyone how to cross the river, climb the rocks, and go over the bridges. Storm has been exposed to nearly everything you can imagine; wildlife, busy traffic, large farm machinery, tarps, guns, bikers, small children, and commotion of the roping pen and rodeo atmosphere. We have team sorted cattle on him at competitions and even started him roping the sled. Under saddle, he walks, trots, and lopes with ease – his gaits are very smooth! He has a fun spin, stop, and collects beautifully in action. Storm comes from a unique line of Gypsy Vanners. His sire, MHB RISKY BUSINESS, is an accomplished driving horse and his grandsire, THE RISK FACTOR, was the first Purebred Miniature Gypsy imported to the United States. Storm’s maternal lines include COLD FUSION, a dressage, hunter jumper, and driving champion. With his pedigree and ability, there’s no limit to where you can go with Storm. He will run to meet you at the gate and never misses an opportunity to be loved on. Storm has been a staple in our home for years and we know he’s going to add so much love and fun to someone’s family. Storm is current on de-worming, vaccinations, Coggins, farrier, dental care, and comes with a Pre-Purchase Exam already complete.
